Wami Records Spanish label introduces a new collaboration with the Argentinian music producer Micronomade from Santa Fe and the Rosario born and bred singer Leon Demaria, currently located in Barcelona.
This composition is called « Lion a Roar », like a defiant roaring that brings a shout out of psychedelic sounds going from the Steppers Dub in addition to powerful rhythms and lyrics inspired from the Rub-a-Dub era. Along with a resemblance of the Waterhouse style from Mykal Rose and Junior Reid in a fresh version of mid-school patterns represented with a modern vision.
It is a tune that speaks of trust in the power of the universal force represented by the victorious lion of the tribe of Judah against babylon system’s down pressing deceptions. A song that allows us to lose fear and blossom with our best virtues.
