Born A Winner

Reality Shock presents a brand new single from UK based reggae veteran Marga. Born A Winner is an uplifting, melodic reggae anthem featuring Horseman on drums, instruments by Kris Kemist & background vocals by Indra Rudder. An aircraft engineer by day & reggae artist by night, Marga has been a key part of the Reality Shock family from day one, featuring on many releases over the years. His 12″ vinyl EP ‘Last Chance Saloon’ hit the streets in 2013, followed by his debut album ‘Gold Dust’ in 2015, both released on Reality Shock Records. More recently Marga appeared alongside Solo Banton & Dixie Peach on the 2020 combination song & music video ‘Keep Our Music Alive’. Marga has worked with many other labels & producers including Jazzwad, Jamdown Records, Mungos Hifi / Scotch Bonnett Records, Control Tower Records to name a few, and has been a mentor to younger artists such as Deadly Hunta & FYA (a female dancehall trio who went platinum in Japan). This year Marga has been touring with Solo Banton’s Classic Wonder Veterans, performing at festivals including Boomtown & Shambala.
